Showers & wet rooms
Poor pressure, a pump that roars, a tray that has always leaked. I will tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or whether what is there can be made to work.
Cloakrooms & small rooms
Downstairs WCs and awkward spaces where nothing is square. These are the jobs bigger firms do not want, and some of my favourite work.
Towel rails & radiators
Swapping a radiator for a towel rail, moving pipework so the layout finally makes sense, and making sure the heating still balances afterwards.

How I cover Chorley
A bathroom is the one room you cannot do without.
That is why the difference between a good bathroom job and a nightmare is simply whether the bloke comes back the next morning. Chorley is the far end of my patch and I plan the work around that honestly rather than starting a job I cannot finish properly.

Downstairs WC rework
Dan was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The quality of the finish was excellent and everything was completed to a very high standard. We had the smallest downstairs toilet area and Dan made it possible to add a sink unit and radiator without it being cramped. I'm extremely happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumber. Second to Non. Amazing all round.

Bespoke work
Dan has done several jobs at our house, some of which have been bespoke and the end product is of the highest quality. He is also reliable, attentive and personable along with a great attention to detail. - Dan fits the whole bathroom himself: old suite out, pipework, new suite, tiling and the finish. You are not left coordinating a plumber, a tiler and a joiner who each blame the other for the delay.
- Do I buy the suite or do you?
- Either works. Plenty of customers pick their own suite and tiles and have Dan fit them, others would rather he sourced everything. Say which you prefer when he comes to quote and he will price it that way.
- How long does a bathroom take?
- It depends on the size of the room and how much is changing, so Dan gives a realistic timescale as part of the free quote rather than a number over the phone. What he will not do is start your bathroom then disappear onto another job.
