No heating or hot water
A dead boiler in a Lancashire winter counts as urgent, especially with children or older people in the house. I diagnose the fault properly rather than guessing at parts.
If you smell gas
Ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first and get out of the house. Once the supply is made safe I can sort the appliance side as a registered engineer.
Blockages & overflows
Toilets that will not clear, overflowing tanks, drains backing up. Unpleasant jobs that only get worse the longer they are left.
