Cylinder systems
If you have a hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard, going combi is not automatically right. With two bathrooms and a busy household, keeping a cylinder is often the better answer.
Sizing it properly
An oversized boiler costs more to buy and cycles inefficiently. I size it to the radiators, the bathrooms and how you use hot water rather than guessing from the floor area.
Registered and certified
The installation is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer and notified as it should be, so your warranty stands up and the paperwork is right.
