Homeowner gas checks
You do not need a certificate to want peace of mind. If you have just moved in or something does not smell right, get the appliances looked at by someone registered.

If something fails, I will explain plainly what is wrong, what it takes to put right and what it will cost. No scare stories, and no pressure to replace what can be repaired.
Service at the same visit
Most landlords get the boiler serviced while I am there. It saves a second appointment and a second access arrangement with the tenant.
